OUR TEAM
Meredith is the broker and owner of Boxwood Realty, and has been licensed and active in various aspects of real estate brokerage since 1998. In addition to being a licensed real estate broker in Maryland and Florida, she is an attorney licensed in Maryland, Florida and the District of Columbia, and maintains an active practice focusing on trusts and estates, real estate and business law.
After assuming responsibility for a variety of real estate matters within a closely held family business, Meredith developed a vision for a flexible, professional, independent real estate brokerage that could fill a niche for clients seeking a different real estate experience from the traditional franchise brokerage. With roots in a concierge, advisory-driven real estate business model, Boxwood Realty was designed to bring this level of service and expertise to a broader client base. We strive to provide a higher level of attention to detail, commitment to our clients' interest, personalized service, and customized solutions.
Meredith is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors and Naples Area Board of Realtors. She has served for several years on the Legislative and Professional Standards Committees for the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors.

Moira Martin Edwards
We credit Moira Martin Edwards as the genesis of Boxwood Realty. As a young member of the family, there was always work for you at Moira's real estate office. Many summer days and Saturdays were spent managing the phones, appointments, walk-ins, and paperwork when much of real estate involved pulling into the real estate office with an ad in hand to inquire about a property or seek the guidance of an agent. Moira represented homeowners and developers throughout Northern Baltimore County in varied real estate matters with her trademark Southern style, grace, humor and skill. She became a matriarch of real estate in the area, grew a substantial and loyal client base, and, together with her husband, Hank Edwards, an established Baltimore banker, she guided the family through a variety of real estate investment and development endeavors. It is a privilege for us to continue the legacy she began so many years ago.
